Chocolate Chip Mint
Today I made some cupcakes called Chocolate Chip Mint. They are going to my mom and dad's visiting teaching families. Those lucky ducks! So far I've only tasted batter but so far so good, they are in the oven. I'll post pictures once they are done. I got the recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks it's called "101 Gourmet Cupcakes in 10 Minutes" By Wendy Paul. She had too much time on her hands which I'm glad for because all of the recipes I have already tried I didn't regret making. No wasted ingredients there.

Those cupcakes look amazingly wonderful. They are making me hungry! That looks like a yummy cookbook too--not that I want to eat the book, just all the recipes inside.
